Registration is now open for the 2026-27 Regional Development Program.
The Regional Development Program is a development based program for U11, U13 and U15 athletes that occurs at the regional level in rural Manitoba.
Registration for this season has been centralized through Hockey Manitoba and can be completed through the Hockey Canada Registry via the link below:

Regional Sunday Blackout Dates
The following Sundays are designated as blackout dates for regional exhibition games for U11–U15:
- Sunday, October 18, 2026
- Sunday, November 15, 2026
- Sunday, December 20, 2026
- Sunday, January 17 or 31, 2027 (TBA, dependent on showcase scheduling)
- Sunday, February 21, 2027

The following weekends have been proposed for Regional Showcase events:

- December 12–13, 2026
- January 23–24, 2027
- February 27–28, 2027
